Just installed a Mopar blue plate on my VT. Works like a charm. It's an easy installation and a cheap solution. Here's some pics:

I'd prefer do it that way and keep all tubing connected. I've got that plate for free so.. why not use it!?

The Hyundai mechanics won't even notice the change when i'll get there for the services. No warranty issues... I hope!

can someone explain the difference between using this plate, installing the Forge BOV, and just unhooking the bypass hose?

This is exactly the same as un hooking the hose but involves removing the bumper and the stock bpv.

The same thing can be accomplished without removing the bumper at all.

The forge sound similar but due to the design and the spring pressure it will also hold boost better than stock..
