Mounting Euro-style plate on grill brick

First, how do you mount a plate on the front grill brick? Do you have to drill and screw the plate, or is there a mounting rig that came with the car?
Secondly, I think mounting a euro-style plate on it would hide the brick and improve the look of the grill. What do you think?

There are several screw holes in the brick (4?) But to avoid screwing new holes in the plate / brick, why not just pick up some 3M tape :) I've used it on several vehicles and If prep'd before you put it on it will hold great!

I was debating getting a euro plate as well...
Euro style might look a bit out of place on an Asian car in my opinion. :)
Korean Plates? xD
