Hello,
I'm a newbie to the forum.
Thought I'd try and post some pics,
I had to wait 3 days for the sun to come out to get them looking decent, LOL

I also hot rod older bikes on RatRodBikes.com

I'm looking forward to discussing things with everybody
It's already been a great resource

Thanks for looking

Yep, I'm jelous. Vit C was my first color choice, but closest one at the time was in CA, and my dealership expressed concerns about getting it to SC. Soo... I settled for the elite white. Which I also love dearly.

Thanks Antimos. The white looks good too. I'm getting used to the color. I was in the same situation as you.

I wanted a blue really bad but none around when I got serious about the car. Funny thing was that the day I was ready to try/buy one, I went and got pre-approved for a loan then headed to the only dealership in the twin cities that had a turbo and in blue. When I got there someone had just bought it and they were prepping it for them.

Drove the NA and thought it was pretty good. Decided to put a refundable deposit on the next one to come in. 3 weeks later drove a silver turbo and decided I wanted to buy one. Dealer hadn't mentioned that they had more coming in but luckily looked at their website to see a red and orange coming in. Waited another 2 weeks for the orange and went for it.

So my Wife and me took a nice day trip to some places just south of the twin cites
Stopped at Mill Street Tavern in Cannon Falls, MN.
My great uncle owned it in the 1930's as Widholm Cafe. Parking spot made me a little nervous

Found some good spots for pics while my wife waited patiently in her heated seat, LOL

Like the way the pearl paint looks yellow in the sunshine

Drove north to Red Wing, MN (home of Red Wing shoes) and got a few more shots

Saw this shot when waiting at the stop light and had to try it, kinda like the way it turned out

Thanks Lagonwagon!
It was sheer luck that the sky in the background was cloudy, washed out white, and highlighted the roofline
I like seeing the blue sky in the window too.
Thanks VTLover67!
Thanks ScottC! The silver stripes on your red car accent the silver skirts very well. It's a stylish addition

Here's one more in Red Wing

Showed my VT to my Barber yesterday,
He's a big car guy and we've been comparing our cars for at least 25 years
That's his turbo Mini, he liked the amount of room in the back of the VT

Thanks for looking
