I put these in the front yesterday. I finished blowing up the rears testing the new speakers. They both blew out the center domes. They were rattling like crazy!
Infinity 629i $70

I am looking at the options below for the back however I am open to moving the fronts to the back if it makes sense. I don't know a damn thing about car audio. I got the speakers I did because I was tired of going to warranty. I figured anything was better than the crap stock speakers. I am open to other suggestion within the price ranges posted. Thanks!

Speakers, like exhaust, are going to sound different to different people. I have the 60.9 CS in front on mine and I love them. The material for the woofer seems to give a tighter sound to the bass, and that is what I wanted. Remember, If you use component speakers, the VT already separates the signal for the tweeter, so you will not need the crossover.

Did you change the rears too? I am a metal/rocker head so even though I like bass I'm not into the ghetto bass blasting. Once I can hear what my car sounds like without the snap, crackle and pop of blown Dimension speakers I will decide if a new sub is needed.

So I guess I should probably do the same if I get the 60.9 instead of the 62.11. Can't wait to get the other 2 speakers. With just the two I put in it's an amazing improvement.
My rears are the same as the ones you put up front. I'm a metal head as well.

I like metal and rap and a bit other stuff,"lables are stupid" listen to what ever sounds good to you., that song you got playing makes me want to drive fast... lol //
Realllllly... Took this last Friday evening as I had to show the Z some love and wanted to rock out a bit due to the blown front (right) on the VT. Also wanted to see how the iPhone would pick up the sounds on the JL system in the Z. This was near full volume, need to turn up the gains just a bit.
