I am new to the site and wanted to say hello. I currently have an Acura TL Type S, but am getting a VT in February. I wanted to pay cash, so I missed out on the Veloster when it first came out. Now I am glad, since the turbo is now available. I have a lot of plans for the car, and am really looking forward to getting my hands on it soon.

Vitamin C for the color. I m going fully loaded for options. As far as transmission, I am stumped. I want the manual, but that means I have to teach my wife how to drive one. Just not sure if the benefit is worth the pain! How well does the auto do with performance?

I was showing my VT to my buddy when he jumped in to the driver seat and wanted to drive it. I figured that kind of moxie deserved a test drive. His initial reaction was that it was a lot like his old Acura - which is a decent comparison.

Then I told him to stop shifting up through the gears so fast and he was a little puzzled. I told him to leave it in 3rd. Once the road opened up I told him to floor it in 3rd.

This is not like my Acura at all! - he squealed.

I have the 250hp vetc on my TL. It is pretty peppy. What I am excited about is having a small car again. My TL has been awesome, but sometimes it is like driving a large ship.

Turbos don't have a DCT auto....

I am thinking about Vit C or Red. Just want to see it in person. I am sure red will be no problem, but I might need to order orange.
