Hey fellow VT gear heads!

After driving my 1996 Acura Integra for the past 13 years (2nd owner), I finally took the plunge purchased a Veloster Turbo in Ultra Black with the Ultimate Package A/T! This is my first new car! I've been scouring Hyundai Circle and Cars.com for the latest shipments to come in and one finally arrived that I wanted in Hardin Hyundai in Anaheim. I got it for the TrueCar price with the Motozuma Price Match and my credit union's 0.74% APR car buying service! What a steal I can't wait to mod this bad boy up and meet some fellow VT owners down here in Southern Cali!

BTW, I do have one question. I found it interesting that my dealer did not drill the holes for the front license plate holder. Is there anyway to mount the front license plate holder without drilling and keep it in the middle? TIA

Welcome to the families! (VT and Ultra Black). You could probably ask the dealership to drill it for you seeing as you are in Cali or you could get some self tapping screws and do it yourself.

Self tapping screws sound ideal. As a noob with little to no power tool experience, drilling would be dangerous lol

Why can't the US change to euro style front plates? It'd be so much better looking. Korea's got both types, though the fat rectangle doesn't quite match the holes...found that out the hard way -_-

There is a guy that took off the front bumper and installed magnets on the back of the brick. That way he could take it off for car shows and what not. There is also the motorized hidden plate holder you can get.

Now that I think of it, it was on a different forum I'll see if I can find it for ya. It was not for a VT but a FR-S. Same idea should work though.
