Old Tuner, racer, car enthusiast. Been outa the tuning game for a few years now but never lost my love of cars. Had to get a new car out of neccesity as my Acura TSX was about to start costing too much money. Had a few options and considered the Veloster. Couldn't beat the practicality and the warranty, and the Turbo just made it fun and look good. It's definitely going to draw me back into the tuning game I can tell already. Not looking to get crazy, just a few cosmetic changes and a few performance add ons while maintaining my warranty status as that's half the reason I went with a Hyundai.

Outside of my car I'm a rock/mountain climber and guide, a snowboarder, and a BMX and Road Bike racer.

The Boots Ylectric name has been a monniker I've maintained online for a few years now. I don't have a facebook anymore, but I use it on both my instagram and Twitter accounts which I use to showcase my adventure sports mostly.

I'm west too. Schaumburg, and work in Northbrook. I actually have not seen another VT besides the Matte Gray one on the lot where I scooped mine up. Kinda happy to not be seeing em too. I feel like I'm in an exlusive club.

Boston Red VT here in Naperville. Long long wait, and some pissed off dealerships, but finally got mine back in October.

I am good with a meet up when it gets warmer. I have seen 2 VT's around the Aurora/Naperville/North Aurora area, a VitC and Silver. Do not know who they are, though.

There is a VitC I see parked at the Menards in Naperville pretty often. Guessing the owner works there.

I'm another new Chicagoland VT owner (got mine 1/4/13). I'd definitely be in for a meet up somewhere in the West burbs (I'm in Batavia).
