Pretty sweet tool.

According to this I can go with an 18"x9" 25mm offset wheel and a 245/35-18 tire and the stock outer diameter will remain intact. Now, I wonder of the fenders will hold it...

If lowered. the most you will get in there is about 25mm increase. At the bottom of the charts it will tell you how far out the combo will move.

That would make sense, since I'm running 20/25mm spacers with no issue.

18x9 +25mm would stick out a bunch.

This guy was rocking 18x10 +25 and this is how much he poked.

And here is the difference between what you want and what he had

looking at these side by side, yours might stick out too. Maybe not as much as his but will poke. If you lower it you might have some problems. If you use coilovers to lower it you can adjust it to be lowered and not have problems. if you want to slam it you will need body work to fit those wheels.
