Well off to the dealer today, got an appointment at 330pm EST. I was showing off my VT to a buddy and noticed that I was missing the rubber stripping that is between the roof and the A-Frame of the door, and runs from the windshield to the back glass. Will let you all know how it goes and will post a pic shorty.

Wow, I know that another guy, I forget if it was here or on Veloster.org, had the same problem, but it wasn't the whole strip. This looks like vandalism.
That thought crossed my mind but i looked at the other one and it looks loose too. (going to have them look at it) We have been having some crazy hard rain and wind here (Cincinnati, Oh) the last few weeks and I have been doing highway driving in it. But who knows.

you know what causes that too? going through those car washes. once I went through those car wash and when we came out that rubber thingy was hanging halfway off. the guy on the other end said that happens all the time.

My paint care guide says auto washes are the devil.
You forgot to mention Sun, Wind, Water, Dirt and Air. Love the Matte Gray but could never get one with all the extra care for the paint.

Ok I gotcha. I went to UC back in the day so I know Cincinnati all too well. You see many VTs down there? I've seen one Matte Gray up here once but never another VT but mine around Dayton.

I've taken my car through car washes. don't have much choice here, don't have a driveway and rarely get the parking spot right in front of my house. But I've never seen or heard of this. I did see a minivan (2012 Honda Odyssey) door get ripped off it's hinges though, after that I've always taken my car to a self wash at gas stations. I have yet to find a touch-less car wash here in Brooklyn

There's some clips that hold those down, I've seen them do that on the older cars also. Don't take no for an answer.
I have seen one other, same as mine and funny enough is it my cousins friend. I see a NAV in red on the way to work now and again.
