Well, its that time of year... Once the snow ends and the spring flowers bloom I intend to have a new set of wheels for my Elite White VT. I have "Merked Out" all of my other cars (this is only the 2nd non black car I have owned)... And I am so happy I got the Elite White to change it up :) :)

I am looking at two different wheels right now, and I know it will most likely stay between these wheels.... I wanted to hear your opinions on them:

MB Battle Bronze:
18x9
+30

Alloy wheel Rim Wheel Spoke Tire

Sparco Assetto Gara (White)
18x8
+45

I wish I could plan on getting a return this year to get some wheels. This thing needs new rubber BAD. I hate the stock tires.
Oh, and I like the Bronze for the white car BTW.

Agreed.

Thats what I was thinking, if I do bronze I will need to figure out what color to paint the accents on the sideskirts/front bumper  and there is only a 10 dollar difference between wheel.

I am just hoping with an 18x9 at that offset that I will not be rubbing anywhere... they dont make them smaller unless I go down to a 17 (for the MB Battles)
I swear a few other guys are running 18x9...but don't quote me.
o_O those are very nice, and cheaper... Can't seem to find wheel weight or offset of it though:

Also, question for everyone... Do we have Tire Pressure Sensors? Recommended in picking them up? Both Tire Rack and the website listed above by MyDiana have them as an option... but its another 65.00 per wheel...

Edit... found the offset of +48
TPMS??? You should have those already in your factory rims. when you do the switch just transfer the sensors from your factory rims to these rims.

Do me a favor before opting in to buying sensors, go out to your car and let me know if its a metal valve stem or a rubber valve stem (I am a tire technician at costco and know all about these tpms, so allow me to help you save your money =)

BTW you can call those guys at big wheel .net, they are super nice and will tell you everything you need to know. I bought from them and wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

I figured they were already in the oem wheels, didn't know they could be easily transferred over. I came from a 2004 Sti... All this high tech stuff baffles me haha

Ill give them a ring for sure. I really like those wheels. My buddy has black XXRs on his STi now. Might do a test fit.

OH YEAH. by buying new sensors, you need relearn them to the vehicle and everything. You don't need new sensors. its all new. check to see if you have a rubber valve stem or a metal valve stem. if they are rubber, which I believe they are, the rubber valve stem are $2.30 each at costco. buy them their.

EDIT: if you end up getting those.....I will be SOOO jealous lol BUT DO IT. I agree, those wheels are ON FIRE!!!

Very nice choice. Just as long as you dont throw 20"s on them, theyre great :)
you won't rub with those. What size tire are you going with?
225/40/18

But I am also adding in the NGM Betamax coils and dropping significantly... (once they're back in stock) I am not too concerned about their out of stock situation though as there is no way I am doing either right away since we still get snow up here in march. haha

Excited to see them on yer VT
Did you order them through Big wheels?
I currently have them in my shopping cart on Big Wheels. I have the money but I would rather wait till tax returns to pull the trigger just in case of emergencies or anything happens I don't want to be out of 1200 cash yano.
Hell yeah. I have been in that situation. it is SO tempting lol but yeah it is best to wait. Because you know as soon as you do it you will need that money.

But you are getting it from big wheels?
