Nate, this isn't an attempt to attack you or anything. I've just been trying to reach you to no avail and so I'm trying this route. I ordered functional hood vents from you on August 30, 2015 and received shipping confirmation notice on September 16, 2015 but no tracking number. Now, nearly a month later, I still haven't received the order. Please update me with tracking information.

You have great customer service and I've received great products from you in the past. I've pm-ed you and emailed but you haven't gotten back to me. If you can simply provide update I would greatly appreciate it.

To all forum members, Nate is a great guy and I aill continue to make future purchases with him. Take this as just me trying to get in touch with a really busy person and nothing else.
