I appreciate you guys sticking up for him but it isn't that hard to answer an email even if it is with "sorry man, let me check it out".
I do logistics and customer service for a living. It's not that hard.
There is a difference between being prred awayoactive and on top of your orders, nothing wrong with that at all, its the people that instatnly become nasty, rude, and disrespectful that create the isuues ( by no means do i mean you) just people in general.
