seen a new petrol matte at dealer in sydney today not impressed looks like it has a blue through it see for yourself

I actually don't mind it but would be interesting to see in full sun though, the fluros probably affecting the colour a bit. Looks like a slightly blue/purple tinged young gun to me but that's not seeing them side-by-side. I have only seen one young gun and that was inside also. I wonder what Hyundai's fascination with gray is, In Aust. the only colours now are white, black, red and 4 shades of grey (2 perl & 2 matte). Don't understand why they dropped marmalade it is a great colour.

yeah i`m not a fan of our colour choices here, we wanted Viatmin C or a blue but sadly not in Australia

From what I saw in the new brochure it supposed to be darker than young gun and a more charcoal colour. Also in the photoed light it looks more satin than matte. Looks nothing like the book

For the benefit of non Australian members this is our VT colour choice

Nothing like a darker young gun. Its more blue purple then grey. As per my pic of the car at dealer

Doesn't seems as good looking as the original matte colour (that couldn't be done by anbody). This one looks more like a smooth one-tone flat colour (that can be done through any panel shop or maybe even yourself)?!

Maybe it's just me or perhaps the real thing looks much better than in photos. =P
