Tips $69.94 a piece from Amazon, install was $30. The tips are welded to the OEM pipes that come out from the flat mount plate.
Muffler and Auto Express in Evansville, IN they've done all my work for the past 20 years. I took the factory tips off myself. Only took about 20 mins. to figure how we wanted them to sit and then welding. Anyone charge you more than a half hour in labor is ripping you off, IMHO lol.Where did you go to get them installed? I've got a Tuffy place right by my house but my typical installer guy claims it would be expensive.
Can you post a pic of the front of your car? I want to see how the devil claws look on a marathon VT. And how was the spacing given that they're not meant for the turbo bumper?
Thanks! This is the best front pic I've got. I love them and they end up looking much better than you think they will when first installing. They do not fit that great, especially the lower on each side. I've never once second guessed putting them on. Go for it!
I deleted the stock muffler and resonator and put a Magnaflow #10426 muffler in place of the resonator. You could add just the tips though.the tips go very well, even better than stock look. the rest of the exhaust is stock?
Looks killer man! I like.Ok, got the tips installed today and here are some pics. Love or criticize at will; Myself, I love them. I'll follow up as to the window fogging and exhaust deposit. Oh yea, Magnaflow tips P/N 35177.
