Hey guys! So the Atlanta meet is sneaking up on us. I myself am making the trip down from Chicago with the gf. Kinda doing a two birds one stone type thing. Haha. Does anyone have suggestions for places to stay and things to do around the tuning area? I'm not very familiar with the Atlanta area. Any suggestions would definitely be appreciated. I'm excited to meet everybody!

Im haveing my dyno tune on sat at 12:00. Im 60 miles north of the tune meet. I live rite on the best rideing and driveing roads in the GA mtns. If your not going to leave untill sunday I would be glad to escort you around in my roller coaster mtns. Your girl friend might need a vomit bag though?, lol. You can catch 75the from up here to head back sunday? Just let me know. It would be my pleasure to see the woo hoo smile on your face hitting the tight banked, s sweepers.lol.

The Mall of Georgia is only about 15 minutes (north) from the meet.. It's Georgia's biggest mall.. With plenty of eateries and hotels around it.

Downtown ATL there's the Coke museum and Underground Atlanta.

One of my favorite places is Atlantic Station .. Exit 251 off i-75. Big movie theater, shopping, and food.. Parking is all underground.

I definitely suggest Copeland's Cheesecake Bistro there at Atlantic Station. Great food!

I know exactly where yammyboy is talking about - I was up there this past summer for a friends' wedding. If you have the time to take him up on this offer I highly recommend it.

No. I'm no where near Duluth so I can't give you much advice for that area. But Rathburns is downtown.

Translation: Scratch that off your list.
Ok. You want awesomeness. The sundial at the top of the Westin hotel downtown. Worth the drive.

I hear Medieval Times is pretty romantic. Right in Larryville, too.
