One of the Forum Members had some damage to his grill. I am in the beginning stages of seeing what I can come up with to make a replacement. My goal in this endeavor is: 1. The grill must be as close to plug and play as possible. 2. Eliminate the Brick. 3. Retain high air flow. 4. Look good and retain those looks over time.
This first one is just aluminum with no finish, however, the same material is available in a flat black powder coat. I have powder coating available on a small scale, so if this Forum Member likes this design, I can take the grill and have that done before final installation.
IF all goes well, I think I will be able to offer these to others, If there is an interest.
