Lol I inquired about the completely unnecessary fuel additive that they say we require at 7500 miles, and the parts tech guy was so stupid he was like oh that's a kit that they do when you change the oil....i didn't have to to tell him how stupid he was so i just left and laughed.
Real facts on oil filter for our VT
I think this maybe will shed some light on what oil filter to use. Check out these posts. Look like Bosch Distance Plus I have is good, but I'm going with OEM on my next change for price wise.
