Is it possible to set the climate controls and seat heaters via Blue Link? Seems I always forgot to turn on the heater when exiting.

I wish!!! I only remember half the time to put the heat all the way up when I leave so it's warm when I remote start.

From what I understand the remote start only runs the car for 3 minutes anyway.

Is this true?

If it is, that's not long enough to warm the car up anyway.

The remote starter runs for 10 minutes.

10 minutes is not that bad. It's not enough when it is really cold and your car is covered with snow and ice though.
