Has anyone started playing with integrating processors to attain much more control and equalization while retaining the stock head unit? I'd hate to pull the factory headunit out, its just so pretty =)

thought about it, but wouldnt know where to begin. I have a graphic eq that I would test, but it only has 1 input the stock radio have 5 outputs (i think) to the amplifier under the passangers seat. I would need to find a processor that has 5 inputs and 5 outputs, so that I dont lose my center channel.

i'd look at the bongiovi if you dont already have a processor, yes it's preset but they're supposed to be fantastic

I called them they say only for the base veloster. They said it will not work with a premium system.

???? theres a part number someplace on here someone had it installed for the VT.. my dealer told me the same thing but at the time I had the part number

Yes this is compatible with all models of the Veloster. It will come with the wiring necessary to install it as well as instructions.

But I think when he says "base" he means stock. And as long as you haven't swapped out your stock head unit for an aftermarket (eg Infinity) then it should work.

I took it as upgraded system such as out dimensions or infinity. I think it's cuz the infinity/dimension or Bose already have done sort of sound tuning. It may plug in but may not deliver the same results.

Someone in the forum has this installed. I just can't remember who it is.
