If anyone has a parts breakdown can you tell me the specs on the 3 bolts used on the recirculation valve? I plan on trying my TurboXS again after I get my ECU back but the factory bolts are barely long enough for the thicker BOV frame. I need the thread specs and length of the factory bolt.

Send them an email with exact model of your turboxs and they'll send you replacement bolts. When I emailed them for replacement hose barb, they just wanted shipping cost covered via paypal.

m6 1x30 is the OEM but i would try to find 35mm or 40! or you wont get very many threads in

dont over torque them either.. hand tight only!!!!! You will literally pull the treads out of the intercooler if over torqued as many of us found out the hard way

TurboXS sent me some 30mm and 35mm. Most likely the 35mm will make up the difference of the thicker TurboXS BOV frame.

I just messed Mine up too. I’m trying to figure what helicoil size need to go in the hole. turboxs bob as well
