Hi Ladies and Gents...

I posted this on Vesloter.org, but since this was a VT specifc upgrade I figured I would post on here as well. My VT was only a test vehicle, they tell me that the system will be on sale soon, prcing and details to follow. I just copy and pasted my post from Velstoer.org...

"First off I just wanted to say, I have no affiliation with Solo performance, I'm just a forum member with a VT, a love of nice sounding cars. And Iv always wanted to be a test subject for new things.

Here's an update on the VT Catback system. When I got the car back and heard It for the first time I was in awe!

It sounds amazing! It sounds mean. It has a deep growl to it. Aggressive when u step on it. And only slightly audible when at cruising speed. The best of both worlds. When solo says no drone, they mean it! Non what so ever. It's a crisp low note with a nice rumble, not tinny or fart canish at all.

I believe the old system pipe was 2 1/4. They were able to squeeze in a 3" stainless steel Catback system. It's a beautiful work or art under my car. I think the muffler they used was the Solo Mach2n1. They shaved a few pounds and kept clearance the same as stock.
The stock tips were also retained which I like."

Watch the video on something with decent speakers. Listening to it on your smartphone does it no justice. Its sounds most accurate when listening in the veloster. Im hoping to get pics of the install for Jeff at Solo, I would crawl under there but the weather has been crappy in Toronto.

Finally, a 3" catback. Will have to keep my eye on this one for sure! Number 1 catback on my list, actually might be the only one now. I was considering the Magnaflow, but I really wanted a 3" catback instead of 2.5". Thanks for your assistance to make this 3" catback happen. :applause:

its sounds meaner under load. I took a vid while driving home from work but you couldn't really hear it and I wasnt able to go through all the gears since I was in traffic. I will try again later tonight. You can bearly hear the exhaust once you let off the gas or reach cruising speeds, its really nice having the best of both worlds. Load when your stompin on the gass and quiet for the daily commute.

If you check out their website their stuff is priced pretty low. I cant comment on pricing on the VT system cuz I just dont know. But the NAV system which is 2 1/4 mandrel bent cat back selling for $597 plus free shippng to US and Canada. So one could assume the VT sysstem will be close to that price range. I doubt it will be Thousands like JunBL

That is sweet perfection...!!! A dyno chart before and after would be great to see the effects of going 3 in...
Im not sure if they will do a dyno run.
