I have a 2016 veloster turbo and dont have the nav or tech package. Wondering why Hyundai would put the bluelink rearview mirror with navigation buttons if my vehicle doesnt have navigation or the tech package.

do you mean the homelink rearview mirror?

it has programmable buttons on it to work with your garage door opener.

the buttons on the left are the standard buttons on every mirror. bluelink, turn by turn, and SOS. these work through the car's cellular connection if you have bluelink enabled.

the bottons on the right are homelink buttons, used to open your garage doors...

Assumption would be there was an issue with the factory mirror and it was replaced at one point with another models mirror? I mean a mirror is a mirror, so had the original broken it could be replaced with any. I own a 2016 Turbo aswell and have no buttons on my mirror
