After hours of reading posts from much smarterer people than myself on this forum, we upgraded rims to some 17" matte black Touren TR9's. This is the first set of rims I have ever purchased and the forum was invaluably helpful to me. Went with the Continental DSW tires the forum recommended as well and ride quality is noticeably improved on our bumpy back country roads. We live a quarter mile down a dirt road so keeping the ride clean is an impossibility when it is dusty, but the look is still much improved. Have some emblems to clean up and replace and then the ride should be set up just the way we want.

Also, if anyone wants some cheap original bladed 18" rims or 18" tires that have I would guess 70% life left in them and you live close enough, I would sell them cheap and would be willing to meet you halfway within reason. The rims would need to be stripped and painted as they are fairly scuffed, but all hold air fine.
