This is How the factory control solenoid works. If the ecu thinks it has met your requested load based on driving style it will open the BOV and and control targeted load with that. If the car is making more power over all it will be easier to activate that feature. A few things you could do are either change the bov change or the spring in your factory bov with something stiffer as it willl not be as prone to blowing off then.

It will not change, no. The RCV solenoid will open the BOV when the ECU tells it to, which is all the damned time.
Actually it might help. Some of the bypass may be induced by the weak spring rate of the factory diaphragm.
