Never have imagined that I would go for a red car. However after seeing the Boston Red NAV I was settled. But recently I heard comments among friends that Red (unless its a ferrari) is a girl color. I don't agree. However my other color choice (given the lack of color choices in the VT lineup) is silver.

Anyone think the silver is boring ? In my opinion its neat - however I am unsure if it makes the same statement as the Red. Subjective I know but I am asking opinion here.

I think there is something to like about really any of the colors. Most people always tell me how boring white is. but pearl white has always been one of my favorite colors for a car. Honestly both the Red and Silver look great! As much as I like red, the only thing that has ever bothered me about it is it seems to fade quickly here in New Mexico.

I agree with you 100%.. I actually HATED red and said I would never consider it and it would be my LAST color choice on the VTurbo.. Then I saw the Boston Red NA V... the color, richness and shade of red is amazing in my opinion. I definitely think this type of red is far from a 'girl color'

Silver was around my 4th choice because I think it looks pretty good, but not as good as the white. Silver is kind of boring.

Also depends on what you are going to do with it as far as looks. I think almost all the colors would look great with dark accents to provide some really nice contrast.

Have a look at my Photo Gallery for Marathon Blue, it should give you an idea...initially I was leaning towards to Orange, but grew on Blue...and after two weeks of driving, I don't regret that choice...even now, a lot of bystanders stare at my amazing car...:)

The more I see the silver, the more I like it. Especially on the turbo with the contrast with the grille and the reflectors/fogs. I tend to think silver is too boring, but on cars like Audi it doesn't bother me. Maybe the VT is interesting enough that silver can't make it boring.

I really love the Marathon blue and it was high up in my color choices. the deepness of the color is sooo pretty.

I'd tell your friends to kiss my asss

My '90 CRX-Si is red, and my '09 Frontier PRO-4X is red, and neither one of those vehicles would I consider girlie

Color is the most subjective thing, only you can decide what is right for you, for me I could not live with silver, too common, too bland, but like I said, the only opinion that matters is yous so if you like silver go for it.

The only thing you should not do is avoid red because someone said it is a such and such color

The only reason that I don't like the red is that it blends with the tail lights and there is not enough contrast.
I know what you mean, but it does not bother me at all, I still like the red
The big thing for me though, I just don't want 2 red hot hatches and the CRX-Si is already red
I guess for me there comes a point where I get tires of the same color over and over, but I do like this car in red

I think all colors are great, but my favorite is Vitamin C, just because it is a very unique color. Love love black it just looks classy and the rims (which I love) look great with black. Then red and blue, then white, then silver. There are about a billion silver and white cars here in Miami lol! The matte was never on my list since I don't want to deal with such care for the paint, but I like it. So Vitamin C, Red, Black or Blue are great in my opinion.
