I spent all evening at the royal purple race way in mont belview Texas and boy did I have a great time. There was one other VT there but he was just watching. It was my first time to the track in over 10 years and daily driving my car did not get me ready for the 1/4 at all haha. I was definitely not even close to beating most cars there. The 2nd to last race I got to run against a brand spanking new Ferrari lol.

My best time was on the last run of the night and I got 15.398 s @ 90mph

Has anyone else ran their VT. I'm sure I'm slower than most, it was my first time with a MT

thats why your times were "slow"

rough rule of thumb is every .1 off the 60' is roughly .2 off your et and a good 60 is like a 2.2 or less no worries.. i have the same trouble lol

I had a faster 60' on one of my slower times lol. Not sure what the difference was though. I got some good feed back and advice from some of the guess I know from a local garage. I had initially been launching at 2.5k rpms and they said that was way to low haha

My car has the Injen CAI and a resonator muffler delete. with the 10426 magnaflow muffler

Same setup I have, I can tell a seat of the pants difference, especially 3rd gear on. I too want the FMIC and a tune when one comes out. Eibach springs will be here next week. My wife thinks I need to go to a 12 step meeting lol.

Yeah, its just about all i think and talk about haha. i definitely cant wait for the tune to drop. Id like to keep up with the other 4 bangers that are out there every friday.
