I am trading in my Veloster Turbo for a Genesis Coupe 3.8 R-Spec, please I don't need any bashing of my decision but its for personal reasons, I just wanted to help my fellow VT brothers who might be interested in my stuff for sale. I will be selling my Injen CRI, HID headlights, DEPO boost gauge Probably my Eibach springs. I also wanted to see if anyone would want to trade plus cash my tinted headlights and or taillights so can CPO the car here at the dealership. I will post in the FOR SALE section once i finalize everything. TurboSocks if you still need any parts or technical diagrams or info please i will still be here to help you guys in any way I can. I will still be helping out in performance upgrades for the VT with a local vendor here as well.

I woulda love to get a Genesis earlier this month instead of a VT to be honest with you, but wouldnt have been very practical since I already own a 370z. Congrats again, the R-spec is an amazing car.

If it gets down to it, and you can't find someone local to trade with on the Headlights maybe we can get creative and figure something out. Overnight shipping or something, I dunno. Thinking outloud here. I'd be interested in the HID's with them too.

I'm assuming you haven't had any condensation issues or anything with them right?

I might be interested in the boost gauge and the springs, and I might be able to pick the up on my way to Sebring. I'm less interested in the springs and they are probably a pain to remove.

Even though you are abandoning a 200hp FWD car for a 350hp RWD car. How dare you!

I've been thinking about doing this too...just don't want to take a beating on my trade. What made you decide between the 3.8 and 2.0T? I know the 3.8 is stronger but isn't there more room for mods with the turbo? Just looking for some opinions to help if I go this route.

The way I see it the 2.0T has enough power to pull with most performance cars on the street in stock form.

If you want more power just get the 3.8. It has more power than you can really use on the street and it really needs a track to open it up.

Remember that 21mph over the speed limit means an arrest and loss of your license. You can pay a lawyer thousands of dollars to weasel your license back but that also means 3 years of sky-high insurance.
