Nowhere in that area. Your options would be remote tune, spare ecu, or send the oem ecu to a tuner.

call around your city, check in with as many tuner shops in your area as you can find with a quick google search. a lot of the time they have instagram pages you can contact, or websites. Just make sure that they're a reputable tuner. I found one in your area called turbolab
this is the link, they offer custom dyno tuning
They do have HPT it looks like which does support the VT tuning. The cons are HPT does not have all the maps to make a great tune for the car like many of the trusted vendors do and you do not want a shop tuning these cars that have not tuned many and knows next to nothing about the platform.

Regardless ecu tune or piggyback you want the state of tune to work well and be safe for the car. What works well and safe for the car takes a learning curve with trial and error to a new to platform tuner. Hopefully less of the error side as damage to the engine or components can't be reversed once done.
