2012 veloster N/A with 2020 turbo motor.
So I'm missing this plug on my wiring harness. Any way I could get it operational? The car runs without it but will I be able to get the car tuned?

Well I'm really only curious if this plug controls the wastegate and if I'll need it plugged in before it will operate properly, or if it's a pneumatic wastegate and doesn't really need plugged in.

Anything that controls the wg on the car is needed.

Did you swap to the turbo ECU? I patched in that connector (and several others) when I swapped my accent. I run the turbo ECU.

Yes you need to swap the proper ecu in to run the engine that's a given. Even of the wrong ecu is used and wired properly to work it will not have a safe tune in it to run the car and can't be tuned to do so.
