Since the Group Buy is over, I am making a new thread as the V.2 kits are now in stock and available for purchase.

***I will get updated pictures of the V.2 pipe up here momentarily***

Pricing will be as follows:

USA: 520$ shipped
Canada: 580$ shipped
Australia: 700$ shipped
Philippines: 700$ shipped

These kits will always be in stock now, so no waiting on production from the Group Buy. I have 4 of these kits currently in stock with more on the way.

Note: READ THE DIY. After reading the DIY, read every area that says TIGHTEN over and OVER until you tighten everything properly. By not tightening the clamps and bolts enough, you are just begging for leaks. Please be diligent when doing the installation and following the DIY to save you time later.

For the newer guys, these kits have been designed to maintain fluid bends and keep the piping as short as possible.

Why is piping length important? The longer the piping length, the more efficiency you are losing out on. By increasing volume in the piping system, you increase the time it takes to spool the turbo because the turbo has to pump out more volume to keep the system full.

Core size is big but not too big The core size has been increased quite a bit from stock to increase the intercoolers efficiency significantly. However, the intercooler core has not been increased too much as to not serve much more of a purpose and keeping down on the system volume as noted above.

What comes in the kit:

  • 22"x8"x3.5" bar and plate core Intercooler (616ci)
  • 2-2.5" 90 elbow 3 ply silicone couplers
  • 1-1.75"-2.5" 45 elbow 3 ply silicone coupler
  • 1-2.5" straight 3 ply silicone coupler
  • All necessary Stainless Steel T-bolt clamps
  • 1/8" thick custom made Intercooler mounting brackets with hardware
  • Type S BOV kit with gasket and hardware
  • 2.5" custom L-bend for hot charge pipe
  • 2.5" cold charge pipe with BPS flange and BOV flange
  • extra vacuum line and tee's if you want to run a dedicated BOV line instead of using stock solenoid

After my pictures pop back up, I am just going to go back hosting them on my website since they will never go down. Didn't have them hosted there before because my server was all buggy, now it is better and can host pictures and bigger files once again!

updated pics and hosted myself :p so no more going down. With all the views, I was going through 10GB of bandwidth in about 10 days o_O

Anyway, There is ONE V.2 kit left until the next shipment (about 4-5 weeks)

Any members have bov clips and can include the option you are running with? I'm trying to decide which way ... since a btrcc tune event won't be here til November and my girlfriend will freak out seeing the CEL, I may go with the large spring.

I would take the possibility of the CEL over the large spring!!

otherwise, take a look at intervalias video he had posted with just the large spring. I think you will want some pre-load if you use just the large spring.

the intake will NOT interfere with the kit in any way. You will need to cap the Recirc port or will need to make a new line to recirculate the Type S BOV though if you want to keep recirculated!

Hope that answers your questions!

Engine bay looks great by the way!

I'm having trouble getthing the charge pipe in the right spot with v.2. It looks like I should have a straight coupler at the top instead of the 45? Does anyone have any tips?
