Owners of the Hyundai Sonata and the Veloster have been able to enjoy the benefits of digitally connecting their car through Blue Link to their Android or iOS smartphone. They gained a few interesting benefits from this app, including remote start, door lock / unlock and control of the horn and lights. Now, Hyundai have taken things a step further and updated the Blue Link app to do much more, including running vehicle diagnostics, sending POIs from your phone for later in-dash navigation, and even locating and managing multiple Blue Link-equipped cars. These are just a few of the new outstanding features to go along with UI and performance improvements as well. Hit the source link for the full press release below.

This is an awesome feature. I wonder if the diagnostics will pull OBD codes as well as other information, such as air fuel mixture?

Windows phone has potential. Microsoft will probably continue to support it and eventually it will simply begin to outlast the competition. It is a good product, but I think many have gotten discouraged with Microsoft from all the antiquated Windows Mobile phones, as well as the dead on arrival KIN phones.

I've been an Android Fan since the Motorola Droid came out. I've always enjoyed the flexibility of Android and all the customizations that can be done with different roms, themes and such. What did you have before the hd7?

Android. Being a UI Designer myself (currently unemployed) I appreciate the much better and more polished look of Metro UI. Its so nice that you don't care about customization. You can change your theme color which keeps things fresh. But my hardware for the phone is nothing special. The OS is so well designed that it's super smooth and fluid all the time.
