Considering getting this RAI on my 2019 VT, but NOT tuning - worried about losing my warranty. Does it do anything for performance? Does it sound decent? I'm hoping for something aggressive but not annoyingly loud, if that makes any sense.

The velossatech, if that is what you're referring to, will not sound any different, and will only help the oem intake very minimal.

The VelossaTech is very pricey ductwork to funnel air to your intake, but it's not an intake in and of itself - notice that they don't call it an intake, they call it an intake snorkel. I'm sure it might help a little bit with some heat-soak issues but overall it's really just there to look cool.
I mean, have I ordered one? Absolutely; it'll be here next week. But I ordered it with the 100% understanding that it will have approximately diddly/squat effect on actual performance

Will do - my results will be a bit different since it's the Gen1 version and it'll just be funneling air toward my AEM aftermarket intake, whereas in your application it would be feeding into your OEM airbox so you might have a different effect... but I'll definitely post if there's any noticeable effect!

On the gen 1 VT it also requires cutting the radiator shroud which most are not aware of.
