I just RTFM and it doesn't mention Turbo at all. Was I given the old Veloster manual ? OR is there no separate manual for the turbo ? I am surprised.

I think you are talking about the 2013 Veloster brochures at the dealership? If so, yes - there is one manual only for the Veloster (both naturally aspirated and turbo). The cover of it has a red Turbo on it, and it details both versions. I picked up one from my dealership.

If you're talking about the thick gray manual, its a generic Veloster manual but if there is anything specific to the VT it states it, ie the engine and lumbar button. I also got a 2013 Veloster Turbo quick reference guide pamphlet too. Just read mine last night and I realized the the sunroof has a tilt position. Wow, the power of reading!!!!!!

Really? I was given a plain black and white one (No Red Turbo) but it has 2013 veloster on it. However there is no mention of the word "Turbo" or any picture inside or outside of the turbo.
