Is my HU defective or is the VR miserable. Every time I try to launch a call she decides that I want to 'go home' or 'change route' or 'clear map' or some other thing. I'm sitting there yelling at her that she isn't understanding me, but she decides I want to go to Arizona and listen to some light jazz. I've had better conversations with sticks!

So... Anybody else have these issues?

The only time i have gad issues with making a call was driving with the roof and windows open. No issues when everything is closed or limited wind/rain noise.

i have issues with gracenote, it never gives me the artist im looking for. turned that crap off.

No offense intended, but I am latin. My accent is horrible (let's say sexy, instead, ha) ... that confuses the voice recognition program. I have same issue with my Android cellphone. But I would say, it worked the few times I used it.

I guess I need to try the robot voice. It doesnt seem to matter what I say, it never does what I ask. I get all sorts of different actions when I speak. Most of them completely random.

Could be worse... you could be from "across the border" and not be able to pronounce "P-A-R-K" like the other 49 states and every other English speaking country on this planet. I can only imagine what "PAAK" gets confused for by the VR program!!! ROFLMAO!!!
