VT 2016 skipping odd gears

Hi all. Hoping to get some answers, PLEASE! No one seems to know what it could be.

Car Specs:
Hyundai Veloster 2016 Turbo
Dual clutch transmission
160,000kms driven

Issue:
Car has trouble shifting gears - it skips odd gears. Before it does, there is a slight jerk before you can hear a slight struggle and the RPMs move up when skipping odd gears. No code has come up recently but below are the past codes received:
P092001, C1503, P0299

Recently had below changed:
Transmission fluid (changed after CEL went off)
Spark plugs (changed after P092001, C1503)
Coil (changed after P092001, C1503)
Dual clutch actuator motor (Changed after all 3 codes + 2 CELs)

Programming, calibration, factory reset also done by Hyundai. They said everything else seems to be in order and this issue should ideally not be happening.

has anyone faced a similar issue? If so, what could it be?

thanks

Dealer should easily be able to fix this.
Which actuator motor was changed? Actuator motor 1 is odd gears, actuator motor 2 is even gears. If you're skipping odd gears, I'd check actuator motor 1.

The dual clutch actuator motor has both 1&2 so we changed both
This should be on the dealer to fix. Push them to do so.
