with a full tank and an average person (150-250) I say that isn't bad.

BTW if your car completely stock?
Brother, all I have is tints, plasti dip on the wheels, and took the stock air box (compete with resonator) out.

I'm site there are ways to cut weight, but lets be honest......there is not a car out there in comparison to ours that is in remotely in the same league as this weight.

Said buddy that I went to see just got a Ford ST and it weighed in at about 3500. They also have a full sized spare and additional door. So yeah, that weight isn't bad at all.

Speaking of ST, I just saw my first on the road last night. Yellow with rally mudflaps on it. It pulled up next to me on the freeway. I noticed a car sitting there but didn't pay attention to what it was until it started pulling away. I'll admit, I liked the look of it.

They really aren't that bad looking, but I just can't stand Ford. That along with the fact that you would have to pay 5-8K more to get some of the options that come factory on the VT is the reason I'm in a VT and not a Fuckus ST

What transmission and package do you have? I was really hoping that with my base MT I would be around 2800.
I have a Base A/T. Didn't really need any of the extras. Besides, I liked the reduction in weight by not getting any of the perks of the Ultimate package.

When I return from deployment, I think I am going to trade it an M/T.
