Welcome tone not working?!

So this is petty, but I've noticed my little welcome tone is gone when I start the car! I don't think it's been working for quite some time. I've went through the settings and everything and can't get it to come back. Any ideas?

Mine stopped working for quite a while... I had it turned on and everything..

Randomly about 1 week ago, it came back and back ever since..
