The GTI will never "LOOK" better than the VT...The VW GTI is looking better every day. I am so over this waiting BS!
Seems like a hot hatch wasnt a priority.. The Car you bought is completely diff... Fancy toys or not, good luck with "CHRYSLER" Thats the last brand I would consider..decided to go with a chysler 300, couldnt wait, found a good deal, more spacious and more fancy toys...........im out
i wanted a hatch so bad but was also conserned about space, i walked away with the 300 for $27,6XX, that includes extended warranty, gap covered, stain protection and low jack, tax, title loan yada yada yada, and ive never had any problem with newer dodge(chrysler, jeep, etc) plus i still get 31 mpg..................it was a win win win winSeems like a hot hatch wasnt a priority.. And a starting price of $28,700!!! are you fuckn kiddin me!!??
All I have to say is keep convincing yourself you made the right choice.... When you see a Veloster turbo drive by and you cant take your eyes off of it, you will realize when you look back at your plain looking Chrysler, you made a big mistake.... Im curious to see your new car and all your fancy toys.. Thank you very much for this glimmer of hope and info! :wink:Fellas I've been in touch w/ a few people who work with Hyundai and a few dealerships...
Here's what I can gather from what they are doing with the release.
They haven't made a lot of VT's.. infact there are only 24 for the state of WA. So just put that into perspective... Second.. they are holding off on the release date until most of the country has them at the same time.. So the dealers can say... boom we have the VT's. This is supposed to happen 7-27-2012... Now keep in mind, delays, recalls and other things happen that can mess up with the timeline.
But thats the inside info I have..
I guess they are waiting for the east to get shipments which is on 27Thank you very much for this glimmer of hope and info!
