Crack in windshield wash pump motor. Also found a scraper/putty knife in the bumper. Must of picked it up while driving down the road at some point. Also installed a hitch on the car today.

Just tried this dragy out on a manual VT that does not hook up on this conservative tune and locks me out of shifting. Maybe more runs later tonight.....

Just had a new exhaust put on. Sounds pretty damn good to me.

Remote tuned a 15 manual Veloster Turbo on 93E10 fuel in south FL yesterday that still has the oem intercooler but has a water/meth injection kit to help keep the IAT at bay.

Here are some screenshots of logs showing RPM, boost, ambient temperature, and IAT. Keep in mind that water/meth was OFF on the oem tune and was ON for the tune.

Even with 6+ psi more boost across the curve the IAT's were great! Customer waiting on an upgraded intercooler which will help even more but I'd say it's doing good as-is on this 250+ whp tune!

Remote tuning a FBO VT on E85 in SO FL. So far revision 1 and 2 looking good. Unreal you can get a cheap fuel from a pump that makes same or more ignition timing across the rpm with 6-7+ psi over stock than the oem tune does on 93E10 fuel.

Worked on a customer's VT all day today.
Fuel line
HKS M45XL plugs
New coils
160 thermostat
20 psi radiator cap
Amsoil coolant
Tune

Only had small fuel leak initially to fix and car would not make proper boost but less than 5% of pulls. Not cool when a car makes 13 psi 20x in a row then all of a sudden 21 psi. Lol!

Not just yet.....
After looking it over good I would not consider this much of an intercooler upgrade. It's a half-assed attempt and this is not made for a VT anyway.

The core is sufficient but the inlet and outlet tanks are still a restriction themselves. If they make one for a VT with larger inlet/outlet then it would be a good investment.

Good thing I'm having something decent made. :)

like a +300hp kind of restriction or a +400hp restriction?

Not sure how to answer that except to show you this flow vs pressure drop chart for the oem intercooler vs the wagner.

The wagner has 1.5 psi less pressure drop across the core than the oem. But considering the oem has 3.5 psi pressure drop across the core at 250 whp and around 4 psi by 270 whp the wagner will follow suit with less pressure drop but it will still not be pretty by 300 or 400 area.

Ah. Thanks for helping make sense of that chart!

So it's an improvement but it's going to suffer the same fate the further along you push. In comparison, what does the pressure drop look like in some of the current offerings? Maybe something worth 700$ if you're not chasing big numbers. But it's got hang ups.
