Sooooooo......I was at Target the other day and saw this:
Meguiar's Ultimate Wash & Wax for $8.99 and right next to it:
Gold Class Car Wash Shampoo and Conditioner on sale for $5.99.
So the question becomes, which one is better? I don't really have a way of washing my car here at the apt, there is no hose with running water (SUCKS, btw), but I think I will find a way to do this. Anyways, I digress. I want nothing more than give my baby a wash, clay bar and a wax. I got the clay bars, now I just need the wash part and then the wax. Was going to go with the NXT wax from Meguiar's as well.

2 cents please and thank you!

Hey bud, I'm going to try to dig up the big 3 Gallon jug of spray wax we ussed when we owned an auto detail place, I still use the stuff you wash the car as usual and then spray it on the car then shammy it off and it looks AMAZING..

I'll reply to this sometime this weekend when i get into storage and let you know! The entire line of products this company offers is UN-beatable

I'm using a spray on that you mist on to the car while it is still wet from washing. Towel dry and then I use a clean towel to wipe to a nice shine! It is made by the Lucas oils group. Works great IMO.

I don't have access to a water hose in my building either.

My VT does not need any special wax or polish after 6 months. Its finish is still holding up fine. I take it to a brushless car wash where guys rub it down by hand. I never use any sort of wax on it because it doesn't need it yet.

Between these washes I use only straight water in a pressure wash booth and dry it with a micro-fiber cloth.
