Anyone know what the black box that has "turbo" etched into it does? It sits pretty much right on top of the intercooler and has plastic piping going down towards the right front wheel.

I have noticed a few of turbosocks under-the-hood pictures showing it to be missing.

It's part of the labyrinth that is the air intake. If you get a cold air intake you have to pull it all out.
