Does anyone know where I can find this part or know the EXACT name for the stud? It's connected from the cat to the main exhaust piping.
I cross threaded the stud pretty hard so no bolt or nuts can enter through without damaging it anymore :( I've desperatly tried looking for it online but none to match what I am really looking for /;

You'll have to cut off and drill that out and replace with a bolt and nut. 12 mm or 1/2".

TRDTOY is exactly right. That is the best way to repair this problem. However, If you can separate it from the converter and there is enough of the stud left to work with, you can repair threads by running a die down on the stud to clean it up. I prefer using a hex die that fits into a socket for ease of use.
