For reference stock tire size is 215/40-18 and wheel specs are 7.5" +49 offset.

Yes a 16" will fit if tire/wheel specs are correct and wheel design is to where they'll clear the brake calipers.

Yes they will fit. When I bought my 16 VT I sold the stock 18's and got 16's because I drive 60,000 miles per year and 16's cost a lot less. If you want your speedometer to read correctly you'll need 225/55/16. I used Konig Backbone rims which saved 10 lbs per wheel unsprung weight.

You may need hub centric rings for them as it does not say what the hub bore is on them. Otherwise should work.
