Will this fit?!?

So, I've got the "fix-a-flat" or "run-flat" liquid crap in my trunk instead of the spare wheel, so the question is, do I even have room in there for this:

?!? Anyone swapped these items before? I would feel a lot better with a spare than with a gooey liquid, especially since I am picturing myself having to deal with it in the middle of night or a rain storm, etc....haha! :D

Looks like it says it will fit NAVs but not the turbo. A 15" spare will more than likely not clear the front brakes.

They don't have the 16" spare kit available state side, yet. You can use the Sonata wheel, (which is 16") but it is unclear if the styrofoam trunk insert fits as well.

Order a Canadian kit, drive across border, pick up kit, buy better beer, hit up a real nudie bar, profit!

I would think the Canadian vendors would have picked up on this by now and would make some decent money selling it to US customers.

Hi MTD,
I'm not that far from the border, maybe about a half hour or 40 minutes.
We just have to be sure that this thing will fit into the trunk where the gooey stuff currently resides.
Not sure if it can be an even swap or not?!? Mighty fine offer though, how far are you from Windsor?

Just got a reply from Hyundai America. This is the part that they said can be purchased to act as a spare. Sonata Hybrid spare kit.

No reason why it wouldnt fit. The US and CDN cars are the same. You guys could probably even use the spare from a base Genesis.

Just a heads up-you have to get your own tire with that kit.
